Forest-Minded Wellness Course: Exploring Well-being Skills in a Natural Setting
The Forest-Minded Wellness Course gathers for 1.5 - 2 hours every other week, for a total of three meetings in a designated natural environment. Through Forest-Mind exercises and the natural surroundings, we delve into the significance of senses, thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and mental skills in well-being. Participants select meaningful aspects of well-being to contemplate through Forest-Mind exercises. With the support of the participant guide, attendees create their own resource map and well-being plan.
During each session, I gently guide participants into the theme of well-being through discussions and walks. We occasionally pause to engage in Forest-Mind exercises related to the theme and share insights as participants find fitting. Exercises and reflections are conducted individually, in pairs, and in small groups. Participants are encouraged to independently practice the exercises from the Forest-Mind guide during the week between sessions.

Introducing the Forest-Minded Wellness Course, tailored specifically for stressed and easily fatigued employees, including those recovering from burnout or returning to work after a break. This course takes place in a natural setting or can be customized to your preferences.
The Forest-Minded Wellness Course invites individuals interested in well-being to gently engage with nature and practice well-being skills through the gentle Forest-Mind approach. Each participant selects a personally meaningful well-being theme to contemplate during the course's exercises and the creation of a well-being plan.

Identifying and Harnessing the Benefits of Nature on Well-being: Recognize and integrate the well-being effects of nature into your daily life.

Participants will receive a guidebook to continue benefiting from the exercises covered in their daily lives.
